What is a Safe Workplace Culture?
Having a safe workplace culture isn’t about saying, “We’re all nice people and nothing bad ever happens here.”
It’s about being able to say, “When something challenging, like sexual harassment, does happen, we have the awareness, skills and confidence to respond appropriately, without under-reacting or over-reacting.”
In this kind of culture, giving and receiving feedback is normal and welcomed. Vulnerable conversations can happen and speaking up doesn’t feel like a risk. And while this kind of culture helps prevent sexual harassment, it also creates the conditions for people to share ideas, innovate, take risks, and build meaningful working relationships.

How we support our members
We support our members through the whole journey, from starting out to leading the way. All of our members will have a dedicated landing page on our website that is the home of their resources with us.
Our resources range from educational videos that can be used for internal training, through to wellbeing resources, guidance templates for policy and risk assessment, opportunities to connect with other organisations through our member Meetups, and discounted access to our Professional Development Series.
Our content will also include an annual refresh, ensuring your people always have access to up-to-date expert training.
Our Advisory Panel
Our advisory panel brings together a powerful blend of legal, psychological, and policy expertise to support our accreditation process. With Anita Bhardwaj, an organisational psychologist and trauma consultant with decades of experience in gendered violence and resilience-building; Georgina Calvert-Lee, a barrister and DEI legal expert known for her work on discrimination and misconduct; Lizzie Donaldson, a senior employment law consultant with a practical, business-focused approach to EDIB strategy; and Zelda Perkins, an internationally recognised campaigner whose work on NDAs has led to legal reform across multiple countries—we’re proud to be guided by a team whose knowledge and values are helping shape the future of Safe Workplace Culture.

Why us?
This is what we do.
We are subject-area experts in the prevention of sexual harassment and bring a wealth of experience to this work. Talking about sexual harassment in the workplace can feel like a risk. Too often organisations focus on process-driven compliance but they don't equip their people to navigate the difficult emotions that can come with this topic area. Make this work feel safer for you and your team by partnering with an organisation that can bring an informed, experienced and human-centred approach to the prevention of sexual harassment into your organisation. When you do this you can truly live your organisation's values and be proud of the way in which you're preventing and responding to workplace sexual harassment.
